Most shoes are listed in European sizes using the euro shoe size chart commonly used for designer shoes. In this case, the US size is always listed in brackets. Eg. Sz 38 (7). This means that for this particular shoe, a size 38 would fit a size 7.
No, most items do not come with boxes.
No! Different style shoes fit differently. For one style you may see size 37 (7) and for another style you may see size 38 (7).
In this case, ALWAYS choose your normal US size (eg. size 7) because we would have taken the time to ensure that each shoe fit accurately aligns with the normal US size.
You may pay safely and securely for items directly on our website using your credit or debit card or PayPal. All charges will be made is BSD.
We also accept cash and card payments on delivery/pickup or online bank transfers.
We are currently operating as a mobile/ online-based business. If you would like to pickup, kindly select this option upon checkout and a pickup location will be provided.
Yes we do! We offer free local delivery in Nassau for orders $40 and up for certain areas.
A delivery fee of $5 - $10 will apply for orders less than this amount or for areas further west. In such case, a customer rep will reach out and inform you of the applicable delivery charges before making the delivery.
Yes, we ship to all Family Islands via mailboat and airline! Please select the desired option upon checkout. Be sure to include your island AND settlement so we can ensure that your items get directly to you (eg. Governor's Harbor, Eleuthera).

Sure, you can! Once it is within 2 days of purchase. Shoe must be unworn and in original packaging. You can either exchange the shoe for a different size or another style of equal amount.
If the size you need is unavailable, we will issue a store credit (no cash refunds) for the purchase amount minus a 10% restocking fee.

Sorry, we will only allow shoe exchanges within 2 days of purchase. All other items such as bags, jewelry, hosiery, hats etc. cannot be returned or exchanged!
