Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you have an issue with your order for any reason, speak with us and we’ll make it RIGHT!

Kindly note however that refunds are ONLY accepted for:

1. Damaged or defective products
2. Shipment of wrong items
3. Unfulfilled orders (automatic refund)

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES/ RETURNS

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have!

Exchanges must be made within 2 days of purchase for local/family island orders and 2 days of receipt of items for international orders.

All returns/exchanges are subjected to a 10% restocking fee and a store credit. NO CASH!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, hosiery, bags, hats, accessories, or gift cards.

To be eligible for an exchange/ return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/return was approved or not. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL  AND FAMILY ISLAND ORDERS: If your return is accepted, you’ll be FULLY responsible for ALL shipping charges and applicable taxes and fees.
